This was the worst experience purchasing something online i have ever had. I am myself a Website Ecommerce Manager for a company much larger than Norma Kamali. They may have a nice product but dont buy direct. BUY from trusted store ex: Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, Saks. No one answers the phone. They dont have return policy in action. No exchanges allowed. For any reason.

They refuse to honor their refund policy

This company is horrible - in all my time I have never come across such horrible customer service. I purchased a dress and it was way too large, in interest of time I purchased a second before returning the first. That one came ripped. I tried to return both (in the return window) and they sent them both back saying they were damaged because they had deodorant on. I explained and sent pictures that there was no noticeable deodorant but yes I had tried the dress on for a few minutes. They said because of this they would not refund me. $400 down the drain. What company doesnt allow you to try on their product?!

I returned and item adjusted the strings on the skirt . I remember inboxing and handling a new fragrance.

Tried on skirt briefly and box. I was told perfume smell no refund . They returned item back to me balled up mussed and wrinkle .

Contacted company and the response was not satisfactory. I could not send them their products back in such a disrespectful manner

I ordered and paid for in mid April a very pretty long sleeve shirt A while later I got an email from them saying that It will ship June 16 Which means they will have my money for three months before I get my item and I have no guarantee that I am going to get my item then Why would a company take your money and ship a product three months later this is definitely my last purchase from them no matter how pretty the item is.

I bought 2 of the same style and size jackets but in 2 colors. Each are sewn differently! The one that fits and is sewn correctly is the pink one. I would like to reorder a black one if I knew it would be sewn like the pink!

I ordered a jacket that cost over $300 and all of the pictures showed a belt, yet there was no belt when it was delivered. Ok, so they forgot the belt right? No big deal, except 3 unanswered emails to their customer service address and a phone call to their store and still no response. In todays age, customer service is not just a must, its expected. This company obviously doesn't believe in ANY customer service.
